What happens after I submit my order?
We’ll review your request and get back to you within 24 hours to go over the details. Your order isn’t final until you hear back from us and we confirm it. The form gives us a starting point, and we’ll work out the rest with you by phone or email.
How much notice do you need?
48 hours for most orders. Planning something last-minute? Give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
How many trays do I need?
A half tray feeds 8–10 people and a full tray feeds 18–20. Not sure how much you need? We'll help you plan when we call.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Ask about delivery when you order. A delivery fee may apply depending on where you are.
What comes with the trays?
Hot trays come with serving utensils, and sauces and dressings come on the side. Add a wire rack and sterno kit for $10 a tray, and plates, napkins and cutlery for $1 a guest.
Can you handle allergies?
Tell us about any allergies when you order. Many dishes can be made gluten-friendly, but we're not a gluten-free kitchen and can't guarantee there's no cross-contact.
